In general Zupas is pretty good. The staff is nice and food quality is consistent, but they struggle a lot with online orders. Ordering a bowl of soup can take anywhere from 11 to 40 min. If you are in a hurry consider ordering in person or skipping altogether.

Avoid them around lunch time!!! I was trying to pick up a salad on my lunch break, so I placed a mobile order. Took 50 min to get me my one salad.

They had a ton of mobile orders and just not a good way to hand the high volume. Do not go here on a lunch break!!
