This food stand that is inside the swap meet has the best birria tacos in Utah. Their consome is on point. I highly recommend them; they’re located at the very end of the building, and they have a food court.

Anyone who is looking for authentic Mexican food in Utah needs to come here. Yes I live in a border town so I know what I am talking about. I recommend the tacos birria. They are made really well here but the star is the consume that is served with it. It is really flavorful compared to other restaurants I have tried even in South Texas. The mole poblano was also pretty tasty. My wife thinks about this place every once in a while and will come here every time we are in town. Also...

Located in the back of Azteca Latino mall and swap meet, a collective of individual shops inside a large bldg, the restaurant is one of several stalls offering meals or food items at a food court in the rear of the bldg.
The foods on offer that we tried were freshly made, impressively authentic and wonderfully delicious. I can vouch for the birria tacos - stewed beef with cheese folded into toasty corn tortillas with salsa and a bowl of well-seadoned birria broth to dip...
