We had not been to Cracker Barrel in a long time. We were surprised by the change in the menu. One of our favorites was no longer on the menu, hamburger steak. The service was great, our server was very attentive to 6 of us. The 1st time in a long time when we got our food it actually was very hot something that has not happened in the past. The food was great, shopping was even better! The only big complaint that we had was how loud the music was. We were sitting at a round table so it would be easier to converse with one another but the music was so loud we still could hardly hear each other. When the music is so loud everyone in the restaurant gets louder to try to talk above the loud music. It would be nice if a softer music could be played in the dining room area & save the loud country music for the store!!!

Food was pretty good. My friend's pot pie was over seasoned with pepper. My chicken fried chicken was good. Very expensive, for 2 of us with a 20% off coupon it was over 50 without tip.
I've spent less on prime rib.

NO CORNED BEEF and CABBAGE. Haven’t had it since 2002!!!!!!
Oh my goodness, horrible! First and last time I try that experience! Not wanting to sound rude but I couldn't eat any of it. I ordered diner meatloaf, side of bacon cheese hash browns and chicken dumplings. I'm not a good cook myself however I could do a hundred times better than what I received. Nicer note, service was carside and fast and pleasant along with outside atmosphere seemed clean and kept up.

Cracker Barrel food continues to be heavy and fried. That doesn’t mean it’s not good, but I don’t feel very motivated to go back anytime soon. The service was extraordinary, and the atmosphere was a lot of fun. But it’s deep-fried and average. I ordered the chicken fried steak And it was a very Soso meal.
We have not eaten here in a very long time , but the meat loaf was even better than I remembered it and I loved it then. We hope to slowly make it through the entire menu. Then ask me what I would recommend. Now I can just recommend the meatloaf but that was not on your choice list. Staff was happy, friendly did their job well. We will go back just for that
Parking: Plenty of parking, with ramps as needed

I really love cracker barrel but our service was slow and lacking. We had to ask the expediter for napkins and straws that our server said she would bring but never did. My pot roast looked burnt. It was ok to eat but I was disappointed. I would also really like to have sweet potatoes put back on the menu. Those are my favorite.
Parking: The parking is limited at times but strange to have it all around the building and not have another entrance at the rear if that is where most of the parking is
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly yes and kid choices on the menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: My husband is an amputee and we have no issues getting in or out of the restaurant and they have plenty of handicapped parking but they aren't up front they are on the side of the building

We love Cracker Barrel. We used to eat there at least three times a month, recently it’s maybe once a month. Last night we were seated at 625 on turkey and dressing night and they were already out of the “daily special”, the reason we chose Thursday night.
Our server wasn’t the friendliest. She forgot silverware twice. When we wanted to add something to the meal she told us she’d be back and came back 13 minutes later because we stopped her- to ask for silverware AGAIN.
We’ve been going to this location over 20 years. Being regulars. A lot of the servers know us- the new batch just aren’t as friendly as the rest.

First time eating there and it was the worst experience I've ever had, My French toast was raw, My egg literally had a white floatie yolk was not cooked The caramel latte drinks we got was disgusting it's like it was 10-year-old coffee that was mixed in with sweetener or something made me so sick one sip. It took almost an hour for our food to come out. Our older waitress disappeared a lot and was disrespectful to my daughter and her boyfriend extremely rude. It took so long to even get a drink I had to go to the shop to buy a bottled water. Talk about the worst service and food I've ever had and then my best friend got sick after eating we will never be back Not a good first experience ever. I will not waste my time or money here . When I told her everything that was wrong with the food she walked off in the middle of me trying to explain extremely rude then came back, she still trying to give me boxes to take the food home why when we can't even eat the food because all of it was raw and gross. The shop was cute though I have to admit That's the only good thing about it

We had a large group with a few different groups of orders. One person food came out so much later then the rest. We were all done by the time their food came out. The manager never came by to even say sorry.

We were told it would be a 15 minute wait by multiple people. After over an hour without anyone letting us know there was any hold up, and multiple parties being sat that came after us, my sister and mother politely asked if we were going to be sat anytime soon. There were many tables open and it did not appear that they would have any reason why they could not seat our party. They stated they were waiting for another party to leave before they would seat us and didn't even give an estimate on how long it would be after already waiting an hour. Tried claiming they couldn't push tables together, which is ridiculous. Most people in our party have worked in food service and know this was a lie. The ONLY reason why they are getting the second star is because our waitress was phenomenal. Management needs to do better!

Could be a better place if some of the staff weren't so rude and the servers need to learn how to listen to the customers

When we arrived, 4PM, birthday party of 10 the greeter told us they couldn't put tables together on the weekends for parties. The mother of the birthday boy asked to see the manager who said there was no problem putting tables together to accommodate all of us. This location wasn't busy by any means. In fact, our section had empty tables the entire time we were there. The food is good here, but if you haven't been to a CB in a while, they are not customer friendly with food orders. No substitutions are allowed and some of the items on the menu have been taken from the dishes that were included. The parking is not great but with a low turnout as stated above, it wasn't an issue. Had it been busy, we would have had to park out back.

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. We went to a family dinner for a birthday party. First off, they refused to put tables together stating it violated a code to put the tables together on Saturday and Sunday, but the rest of the week they would put them together. I asked for the manager. He didn't even talk to me! But out of frustration, he pulled tables together for our group. The food is mediocre at best. Servers deserve 4 stars. They work hard. That's the only reason I gave service 4 stars. I'll never eat here again.
