The food I had was absolutely delcious, I reccomend Korean spicy.
The gentleman behind the counter was very kind and helpful, their ice machine wasn't working so I was able to get a drink from the cooler instead. Thanks!

Had an issue here earlier today. I was given the wrong order and the store was not assisting me to fix it. Do not try calling the store either as they do not answer the phone--I had tried calling roughly 4 times. Luckily, Tooele was able to fix the issue, but this was another store that was willing to assist. Please go to a different location if able. West Valley by the mall is ran a bit differently, and I would recommend them if you want to stay in the valley.

The floors in the dining hall are wet—something leaked. The chicken is extremely dry—hard as a rock.

I ordered 2 Cupbop meals with the Mando extra saucy on the mealsAnd 2 K dogs, one hot Cheetos, one original cornflakes. The k dogs took an extremely long time. We were fine with it, but we told him no cabbage on either of the meals. We let him know that our first time there as well, and when we got home, found out that there was cabbage in it, and we were unable to eat either of the meals due to a severe allergy. And we let them know that several times at the register.
Extremely disappointed spent around $45 altogether just to not be able to eat almost all of it!
Double check your orders really upset like I said this was our first time and we weren’t even able to try it. and I’m not sure if this is extra saucy to anybody else, but it looked extremely disappointing on the sauce side.
