Every time we order, we watch the tracker for an hour or two and it still doesn't get to the final step. We call and no one answers, even after staying on hold for an hour. This is not how a business should run.
I will never go to this store again or try to order from them. I ordered online to have it delivered. After it was 15 minutes after the time frame it said I tried calling and waited for someone to answer for 20 minutes and decided to go to the store and was still on the phone waiting. The phone was ringing and I waited in the store for ten minutes and no one helped or even said a word to me. A lady had her fingers in her mouth and then touched the pizza boxes. I left.
