Went above an beyond! When I went to pay for my order, the system went down. After waiting for about 10 minutes, they apologized for the wait and offered the pizza on the house. This was something completely out of their control, and they made the situation better for the customer. Good customer service goes a long way!
I usually do everything to avoid this Pizza Hut was in a bind and close to there so figure I’d give them another shot we’ll they didn’t disappoint they are still pretty bad!! There was nothing but thick crust, no toppings or sauce the little it did have was only baseball sized in the middle!! It was dry and still doughy in the middle, didn’t think that was possible, and it took 2 hours to get a pick up order when they told me 30 minutes!! I will never go here and advice...read full review
