“I want to share a quick experience and also apologize for a misunderstanding that was completely my fault.

I placed two online orders—one for the drive-thru and another for in-store pickup. When I went through the drive-thru, the attendant was very kind and asked if I needed a bag. I declined and didn’t realize he had already handed me both of my orders.

I parked and sent my daughter inside to pick up what I thought was the second order. When she went in, they couldn’t find it because it had already been given to us. I went inside with my receipts and the employee confirmed he had actually given me both orders earlier.

I felt so bad because he looked worried that he may have given my order to the wrong person, when really it was my mistake for not realizing I already had both orders. He remained extremely polite, respectful, and professional the entire time.

I wish I had gotten his name, but I just wanted the store to know that the drive-thru attendant working today did a great job and handled the situation kindly and professionally. Thank you!“

“We've been here for pizza and sandwiches. The sandwiches are very full, tons of protein , and great sauce flavors. The 5 Burroughs is a personal favorite. We haven't had much of the desserts but the black and white cookies are pretty spot on. The pizza is just great, nice flavors and yes, if you've been to New York, they have that same flare.

One of the standout menu items is the Italian sodas. The Strawberry and Peach are especially good. We didn't get enough so we left with the ice still in the cup to savor the flavor a little longer.

The atmosphere was modern and you feel like you're in a city restaurant. The staff is excellent and were really nice. The sandwiches came out in about 5 min, much sooner than expected given their quality.“

“I had the best experience with this location specifically. I had called the location on 35th and some Hispanic lady answered and when I asked her about the coupon I had and right when I finished she hung up on me! So I called this location on 56th west and Abi answered the phone almost instantly and when I explained the situation he took my order right there and 15 minutes later I was walking out with my pizzas! Abi was incredibly helpful and very polite! That man deserves a raise!“

“I absolutely LOVE Rise By Good Day! Moving here frrom a town in IL just north of Chicago, I never expected to find quality kielbasa in UT... but low and behold, Rise By Good Day has saved my polish cravings and kept my stomach happy. You have to get the Weselna Kielbasa. It is my absolute favorite. You also cannot go wrong with pierogies either. Or the poppy seed bread. Or the polish apple pie. I also love trying all the other polish foods and snacks. The ketchup is my new go to. Don't get me started on the Paczki. That's a delicacy of its own. Stop in, you wont be disappointed. The service is amazing. The owner is so friendly, as are her staff. I cannot recommend this place enough. I am looking forward to them opening the new location in West Jordan and trying their pierogi pizza and kielbasa pizza. Mmm!!“

“Visited in person around 4-ish in the afternoon yesterday (Monday) to pick up a couple of pizzas. They were training a new hire and did an excellent job walking her through the process, and staff checked in with me while we waited for the pizza to be made to make sure I didn't fall through the cracks. Very helpful and professional.

We ordered the 5-cheese and ultimate pepperoni pizzas. 5/5, no notes, almost gave myself a stomach ache eating too much because it was so good.“

“I arrived at least 10 minutes earlier than the estimated ready time and the pizza's were ready to go. The Chicken Artichoke Bacon (CAB) has become a fav for us all. Even the kids like it over the pepperoni specials. We like that it is fresh and easy to cook.“

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I’ve DoorDashed and picked up some incredible pizza here. And The Bubba Bread/Bites(I think thats what they call their buttered, seasoned breadstick like piece of delicious bread) are my FAVORITE breadsticks out of every pizza place I’ve been too, Little Caesar’s, Marco’s and Pizza Hut can’t touch these guys, neither can Dominos, I’d say they’re even better than Olive Garden’s!“

“I will make the 15-20 minute drive, to this particular location because of their five star service, across the bar. I live literally down the street, from another little ceasars pizza, with a drive thru. But, would rather make the drive to this location because they know how to make pizza. Especially my children’s favorite, which is the classic cheese. The dough is the perfect thickness and cooked properly. The perfect amount of marinara sauce and cheese, that is actually edible. The customer service is world class. The workers actually look like they showered and brushed their teeth. They even bag the crazy bread and marinara sauce for you. My local location, never thinks to bag them because it’s hard not to have them sliding everywhere— as they hand it to you, through the drive thru. Even when we ask if they can bag it, they hand us the bag, where we end up bagging it ourselves.

“I was cautiously pessimistic when I saw "California Pizza" in the name of this place but I will humbly admit their pizza exceeded my expectations. If you like authentic Italian pizza, this place could surprise you like it did me. This isn't Pizza Hut or Little Sleezers; this is legit pizza; thin crust the way it's made in Italy or actual, real pizza places. Definitely worth the visit.“
