“I had a great experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The wings were delicious, and the fries were some of the best I’ve had. What really stood out was the staff—they were friendly, professional, and worked hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. “I want to share a quick experience and also apologize for a misunderstanding that was completely my fault.

I placed two online orders—one for the drive-thru and another for in-store pickup. When I went through the drive-thru, the attendant was very kind and asked if I needed a bag. I declined and didn’t realize he had already handed me both of my orders.

I parked and sent my daughter inside to pick up what I thought was the second order. When she went in, they couldn’t find it because it had already been given to us. I went inside with my receipts and the employee confirmed he had actually given me both orders earlier.

I felt so bad because he looked worried that he may have given my order to the wrong person, when really it was my mistake for not realizing I already had both orders. He remained extremely polite, respectful, and professional the entire time.

I wish I had gotten his name, but I just wanted the store to know that the drive-thru attendant working today did a great job and handled the situation kindly and professionally. Thank you!“

“The new manager really turn this place around. I think his name is Eddie. After the pandemic the Magna KFC was hit and miss which made me sad because I prefer KFC over every other fast food place. That being said, The last dozen times I have been here I have found they are sometimes faster than McDonald's and the surrounding fast food options and their food is crispy hot and delicious. Today I got a Papa burger combo with their super fries and a drink for like 5.99 or something like that so yeah It was a good enough deal that I optioned up and got the dill pickle ranch cheese curds.

Usually I get the pot pies which have a crispy buttery crust...phenomenal, and of course that's not forget the KFC bowl and there's family meals that got mac and cheese mashed potatoes and gravy coleslaw big thick french fries I mean wow no way you can feed a a big family this much quality for that low of a price, Don't believe me Go to McDonald's and order 5 or 6 or 7 full meals and see what happens. Super glad there's a KFC here in Magna, keep up the great work keep up the great food and I will keep showing up.“

“So I feel bad for what happened as it is not Wingstop's fault but the dasher took half my order for themselves and when I called Curtis the GM and crew were truly amazing they heard me out and helped me find a resolve instantly I highly recommend this wingstop as the food is always good and ready when they say it will be but be weary of ordering delivery as they don't have drives and have outsource.“

“Visited in person around 4-ish in the afternoon yesterday (Monday) to pick up a couple of pizzas. They were training a new hire and did an excellent job walking her through the process, and staff checked in with me while we waited for the pizza to be made to make sure I didn't fall through the cracks. Very helpful and professional.

We ordered the 5-cheese and ultimate pepperoni pizzas. 5/5, no notes, almost gave myself a stomach ache eating too much because it was so good.“

“Came in randomly today made an order of 10 lemon peppers and lady said it will be done around 10 mins. Did not disappoint and very good with not over seasoning and very happy how they came out. Very clean restaurant and very clean kitchen from the counter view. Thank you.“

“I came when it was slow, yet they were out of an item that I wanted. I substituted something else. The food was good. I went to get ice cream and was told that, too, was out. I find it funny that I was still charged the full price for the meal but was not allowed to have the full dinner.“
