Chicken Wings near Magna

“I know this location is new, but gosh dang, it’s fantastic! Prefer it over the west valley location 100%
Everything I order is always to the T perfect! Ordered 5 piece tenders and fries with extra seasoning and extra crispy and they delivered :)
I also ate a majority of the fries (in the picture) and got a big ole ranch mess over my tenders.“

“I want to share a quick experience and also apologize for a misunderstanding that was completely my fault.

I placed two online orders—one for the drive-thru and another for in-store pickup. When I went through the drive-thru, the attendant was very kind and asked if I needed a bag. I declined and didn’t realize he had already handed me both of my orders.

I parked and sent my daughter inside to pick up what I thought was the second order. When she went in, they couldn’t find it because it had already been given to us. I went inside with my receipts and the employee confirmed he had actually given me both orders earlier.

I felt so bad because he looked worried that he may have given my order to the wrong person, when really it was my mistake for not realizing I already had both orders. He remained extremely polite, respectful, and professional the entire time.

I wish I had gotten his name, but I just wanted the store to know that the drive-thru attendant working today did a great job and handled the situation kindly and professionally. Thank you!“

“Went above an beyond! When I went to pay for my order, the system went down. After waiting for about 10 minutes, they apologized for the wait and offered the pizza on the house. This was something completely out of their control, and they made the situation better for the customer. Good customer service goes a long way!“

“The new manager really turn this place around. I think his name is Eddie. After the pandemic the Magna KFC was hit and miss which made me sad because I prefer KFC over every other fast food place. That being said, The last dozen times I have been here I have found they are sometimes faster than McDonald's and the surrounding fast food options and their food is crispy hot and delicious. Today I got a Papa burger combo with their super fries and a drink for like 5.99 or something like that so yeah It was a good enough deal that I optioned up and got the dill pickle ranch cheese curds.

Usually I get the pot pies which have a crispy buttery crust...phenomenal, and of course that's not forget the KFC bowl and there's family meals that got mac and cheese mashed potatoes and gravy coleslaw big thick french fries I mean wow no way you can feed a a big family this much quality for that low of a price, Don't believe me Go to McDonald's and order 5 or 6 or 7 full meals and see what happens. Super glad there's a KFC here in Magna, keep up the great work keep up the great food and I will keep showing up.“

“I have come to this location almost once of week for a long time and have had no issues wings were hot looked good customer service was good and I have had the same experience everytime I work long shifts so I come in pretty late have no experienced a dinner rush there before, but I have had nothing but a positive experience from this place“

“I came when it was slow, yet they were out of an item that I wanted. I substituted something else. The food was good. I went to get ice cream and was told that, too, was out. I find it funny that I was still charged the full price for the meal but was not allowed to have the full dinner.“
