Guy gave a partial refund, a nice token of customer value. I won't order delivery again if it's handed off to Door Dash. I LOVED the New Yorker pizza.“
“This location absolutely nailed it when it came to customer service today! I ordered two pizzas, one of the pizzas I requested no onions. When the pizzas arrived everything was cooked to my request (well done) and the amount of cheese I requested was spot on. However, on one of the pizzas there was onions. I cannot stand onions buuuut, I am absolutely not the type to return food items, berate the workers, or demand some kind of compensation for an honest mistake. I resolved myself to just enjoy the pizza with the onions. As it was cooked perfectly, and I could just pick the onions off.This would be not what happened though! Not even five minutes after my order arrived, there was another very nice delivery driver with what looked to be another pizza in his hands! I opened the door, kind of confused, and told him they already delivered the pizza and it was good! He then tells me they were made aware one of the pizzas was delivered with onions and no onions were requested. The thing is: I did not make this request! Someone at the store noticed the mistake and proactively solved it. Since the delivery driver showed up without a transaction being made, I was unable to even tip the poor guy since I hardly ever carry cash. The delivery man explains that he wasn't expecting a tip anyways and they were just fixing an issue.I promised the delivery driver the next time he delivered at my house I will give him the best tip I am able. I am a single dad though so I can't give him the five hundred bucks he deserves lol. I wasn't able to get the managers name that noticed the error with my order but, I am pretty sure that the delivery driver was Greg. I hope that I have that right! Even before this situation, Greg was always so kind and happy. He has such a positive energy about him and he is always so kind to my boys when they answer the door while i am working. This man deserves ALL THE RAISES. If there is a store somewhere, LET THE MAN KEEP IT FOREVER lol.I wanted to leave this review as a sincere thank you to everyone there.Thanks guys! “If you love Indian food this is the place to go. The lunch buffet is awesome, just opened back up! The restaurant is clean and modern. They also have a secret spicy menu. If you ask for spicy they normally only give you "American Hot". If you are serious about your heat, ask for "Indian Hot." Also, the owner frequently works right in the kitchen to ensure everything is spot on, and he makes great conversation. What are you waiting for?“
“We went to this place about 3 weeks ago. We were greeted right away by not only the employee at the register, but the owner who was doing some work on a computer up front. We ordered and after a few minutes we received our food. The cheesesteaks were absolutely great, but the fries were the best I have ever had in my life! Not even kidding! Since then I have ordered from these guys via DoorDash twice! The fries were better when they were hot out of the fryer than via DoorDash, but still really good!“
“Lulu's is a must-stop if you enjoy pizza with great taste. My husband and I ordered the Biria pizza and it was amazing. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and we didn't have to wait long to be served. Definitely try this place out. My only regret is that I didn't order dessert!“
“One of my favorite lunchtime stops. Never have been disappointed with the food quality. The owner of the shop loves what she does and has amazing customer service! She makes everyone welcomed. And the food quality is excellent for the value.Usually I've got the rotisserie chicken. But today I tried something different I had a quesadilla. It was delicious! I had it with the chicken so I could have had it with the al pastor, carne asada.It was served with typical rice, a delicious salad with pickled onions and carrots. But the quesadilla was huge.“
“- I ordered one of their pizzas to a hotel at midnight.- I take a shower and a perfectly-timed knock comes 15 minutes earlier than quoted.- A friendly delivery girl drops off my pizza (with paper plates and napkins) She does not attempt to get a tip. I paid only a $2 delivery fee.- The pizza arroved so hot I wait a few minutes to eat it.- The pizza was delicious with fresh meats and vegetables. The thin crust was great and completely different from pizza chain pizzas.- I was able to save half of the pizza so I wouldn't have to eat the hotel breakfast.Bottom line: Exactly what I hoped my late-night, spontaneous pizza order would be and more. “This is inside Chinatown and is simply wonderful.It wasn’t too busy when we got there. But only one person working and another I think was on break (post lunch time) we waited for a couple minutes for our order to be taken but it still came out super fast.We each ordered the #2 combo and they are HUGE portions. We should have split 1 between me and my two kids.Kids had the sweet soy sauce and I had the honey garlic chicken. My 6yr old (my pickiest eater) LOVED IT ALL. But he wishes he would have gotten the honey garlic over the soy. My daughter loved both.Fries were lightly battered in a tempura style were well salted but could have used a good dipping sauce. We got both the spicy Korean sauce and ranch with our fries. The ranch was garbage (edible but I am extremely picky for ranch) but that spicy Korean sauce was SO DANG GOOD. I wish I would have tried the spicy Korean chicken.Overall this place had good employees and great food, would absolutely stop here again.We paid $63 with tip for 3 #2 combos 2/2024“
“There is always room for improvement. I ordered my pizza ahead of time and it was ready and fresh at the time I selected. The price was reasonable! I ordered two pan pizzas and one cheesy bread stick for 25 doll hairs! I recommend the pan pizza!“
