Not only is everything delicious, but the customer service is the best! Katie and Chef L really went above and beyond to help me with a unique request. Highly recommend!

Have I really never reviewed this place before? One of the first gourmet bakeries I discovered in SLC years ago and still going strong. Their macarons are the best I've ever found (and I've been to Paris!) and their desserts are the kind of works of art you'd expect to pay $15+ for at a fancy restaurant but much more reasonably priced. Their meat pies are delightful too, perfectly flaky and buttery crusts. A nice little spot for some world class food on the west side!

We stopped here for dessert after dinner recently and it was delightful! Would ? recommend the churro croissant ?. The service was great and they have the cutest outdoor sitting area complete with string lights. The coffee was great too! We had to come back next day to get more for the entire family

This is now at the top of my list for one of the best bakeries I’ve ever tried. Amazing food and fantastic prices. Everything we had could have been twice the cost for the quality. Had a lemon raspberry tart, ham & cheese croissant and a kouign (sp?) All were spectacular and people were very friendly. Hope this place does well.

I always stop here after getting sushi next door. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is cute and the service spectacular. The food, oh my goodness! The food is SO FREAKING DELICIOUS. The key lime cheesecake is one of my many favorites. They also have many savory options. My favorite is the Cuban, a pastry with a succulent blend of pork, cheese, and mustard. I’m salivating just talking about it.

I am dreading writing this review, because I have such great memories with this bakery, but I also care that other people experience the quality that the bakery can produce when it is at its best.Yesterday, we purchased a few items:1 cheesecake (the new mango gluten free one)2 almond croissantsAs 2 chocolate chip cookiesThe Mango Cheesecake was good as are all of the cheesecakes made at Fillings and emulsions. They are never too sweet, have a perfect texture and bright flavor. We purchased almond croissants several times, and I have noticed this trend for the filling to be less and less as well as the pastry itself getting more and more hard… I get that different times of the day are going to leave a pastry more or less dried out, but it was pretty bone dry by the time that we got it (so much that we put them in the microwave.) The real let down wasn’t the dryness of the pastry but the complete lack of the filling. We first fell in love with the bakery because of this croissant. But this time around rather than being filled with the almond filling it had 7 toasted almonds and less than a pinch of the filling… the two cut halves of the croissant could be separated with easy to reveal the equally dry interior.2 chocolate chip cookies… well… I just wouldn’t but those again.Once again, I love this bakery, and hope to let previous memories overtake this last one but I hate to let a good thing die…I think the biggest thing is that it feels like the heart of the business may be getting bounced between locations to let quality control somewhat slip.

One of the best pastries we’ve had in Utah:) The triple chocolate mini cake and dulce de leche are the best. They’re not too sweet and the cakes are delicious! Also love their macaroons!

This small shop is reminiscent of the popular Portos in So Cal. My favorite was the churro dulce croissant. I'm not big on cheesecake, but the passion key lime cheesecake did not disappoint. Just wish the croissant was more delicate and less dry. I think a more inviting dine-in atmosphere would be a game changer for F&E, but overall I was satisfied and plan to return occasionally.

Omg. Wish we had this type of bakery in Seattle. Visiting friends in SLC and stumbled upon this place.Latin owned. Love supporting local.Service is good.Pastries are to die for. We love the churro croissant and morning bun are delicious. The morning bun is flaky and sweet, not sickly sweet just enough. So good!Good thing this bakery is not local for me otherwise I would end up on my 600 lb life.Would love to try other treats the next time we visit Utah
