Only two people working. 4:08 ready time but waited 30 minutes until someone noticed I was standing to pick up. But food wasn’t ready still. Never changed his gloves and touched rugged on his shirt many times without changing it or washing his hands. Ordered my food a little before 4 and 48 minutes after I’m still waiting. This location should hire more people. Felt bad for these guys. Safe to say I won’t come to this location and stick to the Jordan Landing one.

The ladies running the line @ this location take pride in their work, and it looks and tastes oh so good. Not all Five Guys are created equal. Of the dozen or so locations I've been to. This one is the best.

Previously I had given a 5 ? rating, and was looking forward to our lunch. I was sadly disappointed with the food. What happened Five Guys? I know the cost of ingredients and things have gone up, but that should not take away from quality control of your product. Our meat on our burger was not at all up to your standard. Maybe it's a matter of training the employees better, but to spend the kind of money that we spend now a days it definitely should be better.
