Personally, I felt very overwhelmed by this Experience. There is a flat rate for dinner $30. The kicker is they charge %18 gratuity for a group of 5 or more which I was not told about. Also, if you don’t eat all of the food, which I think is nearly impossible, they charge an additional %18 for that. I feel like I was tricked and not given all of the information when I was hot with a bill of $50 for just my portion. The math was not adding up. I ended up double tipping making it $60. I don’t think it is right not to make your patrons aware what you are being charged in addition to the flat rate. I was blindsided by it. I won’t be going back.
