If I can give it less then 1 star I would. There is no reason why the drive through lane should take 20+ mins with three cars ahead. If you are thinking of stopping here real quick through that out the window. Expect to stay 30+ min waiting in the drive through line.

They take so long regardless if it’s lunch rush or empty it’s always a 30 minute wait. I can order fries or a banquet it’s always a 30+ minute wait. Foods good tho

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order, was waiting 40 minutes for my order which was onion rings and a cake. Then had to wait for someone to come the the counter to just get a refund instead. Multiple other customers also ended up getting refunds or just walking out.

I’ve been stuck in the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes. It isn’t moving at all. I have no idea what’s going on, but I could have been seated and eaten in a sit down restaurant in a shorter time. Management needs to take a serious look.
I placed an in app order and when I picked it up the French fries were dried up like they had sat for hours. It was very dissapointing as I would expect to get freshly cooked food not old dried up food.
I just picked up an online order from the West Valley Jack in the Box. I will never return to this location again!! They were out of regular fries so I got curly fries. This may make some happy, but I want what I order and expect to have it ready in some close proximity to the time they say ot will be ready.. The tacos did not have any lettuce in them. The order was to be ready at 1:37pm and they did not have it ready until 2pm. It was not very busy...I'd hate to see how bad they are during the lunch rush. Whoever owns this franchise is losing their business...they could make double what they are if their workers new what they were doing.

Worst Jack in the box. Took forever to get our food, the messed up our order by forgetting to give us a fry and then my CHEESEBURGER had NO CHEESE. Disappointing to say the least. I know their job isn’t that hard so come on now, do better.
They also were out of almost all their drink options.
