Bomb BBQ. Many bbq places don’t have that smoke flavor that you want and fully infiltrates the meat. Not only does the meats taste like a legit down south flavor but seeing the process myself. The smoker inside a clean trailer was next level. Citrus wood tops the joy I felt when I take my first bite. Ribs/ I taste a peach, fruity citrus smoke, the bite is juicy/ fatty/ jerky like bark.
