This is by far my favorite Starbucks to visit. All of the staff is phenomenal. They are so great at delivering a personal touch and remembering my order and asking about my kids, even remembering their names. I really appreciate Kayla and how genuine she is when she thanks me for coming and says see you tomorrow! I always feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. The staff are nice and fast here. However I have tried this location a handful of times and they always make my drinks wrong. No matter the type. Either way too many pumps of flavor, wrong flavor or no flavor at all.
Went there with a buddy on our way to work. The person in front of us ordered a drink from the wrong one and tried to pick it up there. The Starbucks girl was very kind and handled the situation well. And I agree 100% with her. Not all franchises are linked. And I think if someone orders a drink from one store, then they need to go to that store.
