I've been going to Kowloon for years and have always loved it. It has been a while since I've eaten there till tonight and it was the worst food and service I have ever received there. The sweet and sour chicken was cold with a few warm spots and the rest of the food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a very long time. On top of the bad food and service my son, husband and I got food poisoning from it. I will never go back there again very disappointing.

Their customer service needs work, their new employees that are taking orders got messed up and the owner thinking he can Yellit them in front of customers is not correct. Messing up on order and they don't offer to fix it so that it is correct! I will find a new better Chinese food place to order from

Good food, good service! Love their spicy mustard that they serve with the jump shrimp!!! Their shrimp are ginormous! Worth a try! They serve both american and chinese, but I have only ever had Chinese and it is conveniently located.

Do not come eat here! It is not worth it. We just came here and got sweet and sour shrimp and they were all burned/hard. The fried rice was also burnt. Our waiter disappeared after he left the food and did not come back once. It was such a waste of money! The food and service is horrible and the management doesn't do anything about it. The worst part of it all is that we all got the RUNS after eating here. Save your cash and go eat somewhere else where the food isn't burned and they actually have waiters that do their job And you won't get the runs from the food. 👎

The food was okay. My son stopped by for some take-out on the way to a park. When we got to the park with the food, it had spilled out into the bag because they pack so much sauce that the flimsy containers are overwhelmed. Then we found out there were no napkins or eating utensils. Just two sagging food containers, two broken fortune cookies and a sauce covered receipt. I would have given it more stars if they had any quality control on take-out and they didn't slosh so much gravy and sauce over everything.

This is a great place to eat. The food was delicious and very flavorful. The portions were generous and the staff were very nice. The prices are very reasonable. On a budget? The portions could even make two meals! Oh, dont forget the egg rolls! You will not be disappointed!
