This is the first McDonald's I have visited since I set foot in Salt Lake City 8 years ago. The friendly service of the employees and the cleanliness of the place give me the feeling that the restaurant has never changed in 8 years. I still visit it regularly, at least twice a week. I am really grateful for their service.

My kids are hooked on McDonald's, so I take them there, but I don't eat anything. McDonald's has changed a lot over the years, it used to be geared towards kids, having fun and being where they were comfortable. Now it's kind of sterile and automated and feels more like a doctors office than a fun place for kids.

I did a mobile order, nothing special: Hash Brown, Sausage Biscuit and Egg McMuffin. When I came to the window they asked me to drive around the building, because it was a mobile order. Three cars in front of me got their food right away. After 3 minutes an employee asked me if she could have my receipt. Did they loose my order? After another 3 minutes I received my food.
