Had the carnitas n buche no cuero, red sauce, onions and cilantro mix, with homemade tortillas and it was sooooo bomb!! Perfect blend of spices and the carnitas was so moist especially the spicy level and the tortillas so fresh...Will return again!

Wish it was open more hours so I could buy it more often. But definitely are the best carnitas I've had in utah. Lines are pit the door sometimes so you could be waiting a while at times. But worth the wait
