I love this little restaurant! I usually come weekly the service is great plus you can tell a lot of care is put into the food and the presentation. I went to San Francisco china town this week and I tried a little Vietnames restaurant there it could not even hold a candle to Pho Cali I am beginning to think Pho Cali is not just the best Vietnamese restaurant in Utah it maybe the best in the world!
Very clean and very delicious. 10/10 pho. If you're looking for a good soup/pho in utah that will cleanse your soul and help your immune system at the same time. This is the one! They are friendly and very understanding. Will definitely be back 🙌 perfect for the cold weather and will fill you up if you ger a large bowl 🥣 thank you phocali.
