Instructions say to press red button and wait for them to bring order, then they told me to come inside and get it. Then they told me isn’t ready and I need to wait outside….. they need to update instructions and get their story straight. Feed back for uber eats.
Great experience order was taken quickly and due to the issue at the other sonic the lady gave my son a free small slush. Food was good, my kids liked it. Cherry lime aid was super tasty!!
Somehow worse than McDonald's 😆 but always nostalgic. I like their drive-up parking menu boards, but the reps usually get their menus confused. This time, the rep gave us flack for making sure we got what was actually printed on the menu. They didn't understand, sent someone out to see what we were talking about, and I pointed at the menu and stated what it said.
