What is expected at a Mall food court. Expensive food, mall atmosphere and a chow line. Food was ok, filled me up with no regrets. Service was non existent, give order, they give you a bag to fill up with forks, napkins and your food. They do offer extra scoops of teriyaki sauce if you want. And you go seat yourself and clean up after yourself. They do expect a tip for no service #notipfornoservice .
I was craving this so bad and was so excited when I found out there was a location in west valley. I ended up super disappointed though, it just isn’t the same as the south towne location, the chicken didn’t have that yummy crispness to it, I’m not sure if it was the noodles or sauce but it just isn’t the same what so ever… definitely not worth the 50$ we paid.
We got my son noodles and veggies just to find out the only gave him plain noodles and no veggies...

Food was wonderful; service was fast, professional and the employees were kind and made it a point to smile...look like they didn't have to try hard, they were just those "Customer Service Oriented" kind of people. Love it.Again, customer service is a big part of my make or break reviews. Five stars to Osaka Japan food at the food court.
