I would have never thought sushi from a food truck would be good, but they had amazing food! We got the small tray, and it was more than enough for myself and my mom. The owner was super friendly, and they serve different flavored juices/water every day (we got the strawberry). The 3 cheese roll was my favorite, but the other rolls were up there. Large rolls made fresh and friendly chef/service crew! The veggie roll came with varied dips and thoughtful sides. Maybe try the passion fruit drink too ? Food truck seems like a family business, a clever take on sushi
