The food was so gross today. I ordered a chicken cantina bowl and the rice was super mushy and overcooked. Definitely not going to be returning.
You an apparently get free drinks though by just asking for a water cup. Three guys did this while I was there and the staff didn't care.

This is the worst Taco Bell in the world. They can Never get my step dad's order right and it's not even that hard of an order, it's literally 2 crunchy taco supremes and he never has tomatoes or sourcream. I know I so petty but this happens all the time even after speaking from management so from now on we will be using the Taco bell on 3500 south

Cheese wasn’t melted in the Gordita crunch. Beans weren’t done yet but they still used them ( I used to work for Taco Bell I know the process) grill wasn’t cleaned properly the night before cause they’re were black chunks over the 5 layer that I asked to be grilled. Chips had wayy too much salt.

Wow, what en excellent food. My Favorite Fast Food Restaurant is Taco Bell but I’m so Happy to have this one close to my House, this is a new location and I can see that there is room for improvement in the Customer service area for what I can see on other reviews, But I was helped by Caren and one other Girl at the drive through very pleasant and attractive. I had the Mexican Pizza and I can for certain say is the very best excelente portion temperature was right and super tasty.
I will come and Dine in to do a separate review. Did not rate the atmosphere because of that reason. Thank You Karen General Manager

I got the cheese it Crunch wrap as pictured, and I have to say, it's a great vegetarian food. They even proactively made it vegetarian without me asking.
Looks like there was some loose beef or beans they forgot to scoop out of the bottom before they gave it to me though. Ate to the center to double check, and it was just a little bit of beef thankfully. Please note that this is sarcasm.
The service was good, they were proactive in helping customers navigate the digital system, but I wish they brought back, like, one cash register.

Bad service for being new. Asked for a cantina chicken crispy taco ?. It didn't have any thing in it. This was through the drive thru and when I got home was disappointed with the package ? food was weak so if you want Taco Bell check your package ? be sure your order is right ✅️ before you get home.
