The food was delicious, but the workers here are not very attentive. I was standing at the counter for a few minutes without being helped even though I was seen. They were friendly when they spoke to me. I just think that helping your customers is a must.

i love Taco Bell. this taco bell is on point. the food was perfect. restaurant was a bit dirty but nothing that was over the top. you order at a kiosk so the only employee interaction was getting my food.

This review is more for Taco Bell as a whole rather than this location specifically. Taco Bell has fallen off so hard in terms of their value and quality, removing things such as the loaded grillers and shredded chicken burritos. Now, they have their over priced cantina menu which falls flat in its flavor to value. There are significantly better options out there like rancheritos or many family run taco restaurants/trucks. Spending $14 here will result in your money not being able to be stretched nearly as well as its competitors.

I was just a bit disappointed in the chalupa. It wasn't crispy like it usually is. & my Soft tacos weren't warm & hardly had any meat.

We ordered a Crunchwrap that was supposed to have steak in it and it had nothing but lettuce and cheese. The Mexican pizzas have very very old shells so they tasted horrible. We also did not get the burrito supreme we ordered.
