Not good. I forgot my wallet, reassured the cashier and the lady who was training her I would be right back. I finished chking out $200 cart. Ran quickly home and back in 10 min. Waited in line at customer service to only to be told they had already disassembled the cart! Alsotold that it is "policy" to only hold a cart for 15 minutes...which is a complete and utter bullshit lie! There is no"policy"
Did a pickup order at 9am said it would be done by 8pm. Wasn't done called at 10am the NEXT DAY no answer tried for 30 minutes was hung up on 10 times without EVER actually reaching a person! Went into the store to be told oh we don't carry what you ordered. Well you could emailed, called, texted or simply picked up the phone one of the literal 20 times I tried to call to inquire the status of my order. This is ridiculous! And this isn't the first time. Worst pharmacy ever. Very unorganized. The staff doesn't communicate with each other. The pharmacist hung up on me twice. Yes, I yelled at him the second time. The third time I called, they put me on hold and never answered. They told my mom her prescription was ready after her waiting for over a week.
