They were pretty busy today, but still managed to get the orders out fast and without messing up.This Wendy's is very clean, but you have to ask for them to put a code on the bathroom door if you need to use it.

The staff is always extremely rude. Any time I try to call the store to either ask if something is available or to address something in regards to my order: they never answer the phone. They either let it ring or hang it up and have the line running so calls cannot come through. (I know this for a fact because I called from the lobby my last three visits just to see if they would answer. And the manager said to either just let it ring until I give up or tell them to reject it then have the line busy so I can’t call again.) Horrible service for food that is always cold and old.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely horrible. They were extremely rude to my toddler who is autistic.

Do not go to this Wendy’s. Got a Dave’s single and was half way through eating and noticed there was freakin mold on the bread. Absolutely disgusting.

I went in the 15 minutes before breakfast was over. My food was not fresh. My sausage egg & cheese croissant didn't have cheese. The guy at the window didn't speak to me just looked at me with the window shut. Then when I showed I have money in hand he opened the window took my money and shut the then open the door just enough to hand out my food. Didn't say anything and just shut the drive thru window.

We always stop here for food when we’re about to hop on the freeway for a road trip out of state. Never really had any issues. The only one was close to a year ago, but it was an app issue.

Wrong food, both myself and friends. No ketchup? Floor was a mess, told her were were staying, NOT to go and we got to go bags. Just not a good visit.

To start I understand I arrived late at night and the shift was getting close to being done. But I can't look past the amount of rude behavior and attitude of the staff. I arrived at 12:10 which I understand they are closing in less than an hour. But I was greeted with a rude attitude and a clicking of the attendant's tongue as I ordered more than a frosty. She was rude and dismissive when talking to me. And never told the the total. As I rolled up to the window she was yelling and cussing out a coworker. Which I understand they were most likely joking around but best not to do so in front of a customer. She then rings me up hands me my card and my frosty and says thanks have a nice night in a extremely passive aggressive tone and goes to shut the window. I ask her about my chicken nuggets and she rolls her eyes, clicks her tongue again and says "would you pull forward while you wait, GOSH!" And proceeds to close the window, still without telling me the total. I roll forward waiting for my food, stunned by the none stop rude behavior. I would have given this review 1 star if it were not for how good the food tastes and the guy who brought me my food. I really hope this is not the standard for employees at this store. But I think I will not be back for awhile in hopes it gets better when I decide to return.
