The staff is always extremely rude. Any time I try to call the store to either ask if something is available or to address something in regards to my order: they never answer the phone. They either let it ring or hang it up and have the line running so calls cannot come through. (I know this for a fact because I called from the lobby my last three visits just to see if they would answer. And the manager said to either just let it ring until I give up or tell them to reject it...read full review
We always stop here for food when we’re about to hop on the freeway for a road trip out of state. Never really had any issues. The only one was close to a year ago, but it was an app issue.
To start I understand I arrived late at night and the shift was getting close to being done. But I can't look past the amount of rude behavior and attitude of the staff. I arrived at 12:10 which I understand they are closing in less than an hour. But I was greeted with a rude attitude and a clicking of the attendant's tongue as I ordered more than a frosty.
