“Jersey Mike’s has always been a go-to spot for a quality sub, but this particular location has elevated the experience to something truly memorable—largely thanks to the outstanding team behind the counter. I have to give special recognition to Sam, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail set the gold standard for customer service.
Sam doesn’t just make a sandwich—he crafts it with care, precision, and pride. He remembers regulars, offers genuine conversation, and ensures every order is made exactly to your liking. It’s rare to find someone who brings that level of consistency and enthusiasm to their work, and it’s a big part of why I’ll continue coming back.
The rest of the staff also deserves praise. The energy behind the counter is upbeat and efficient, the store is spotless, and the team clearly works together with a sense of camaraderie that’s reflected in the entire experience.
Of course, the food is as fresh and flavorful as ever—my go-to is the #9 Club Supreme, and it never disappoints—but it’s people like Sam who transform a quick lunch stop into a moment of genuine hospitality. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have him.“

“February 18, 2019. One hour before closing. We were served our RB. sandwiches and soup. very tasty.. order was correct. The store was busy ,so we chose to sit in the area left of the front door. Most of the tables were dirty and not wiped down. We finished half of our sandwiches when the staff decided to clean the area. Not only did they clean the tables, but they also put all the chairs up on the tables?? Even the tables next to us.. I am still angry this was rude! I don't care if it is five minutes to closing, your last customer of the day is just as important as the first. They stacked the chairs in the section near the restroom also.. When we left they still had customers eating in . Rude. So if a dinning section is closed. Why don't you rope it off so people don't sit there? Staff meeting time.. You lost a customer.. Check your security cameras, you will see! I called to talk to manager. They were too busy to come to phone... Still angry and frustrated. 03/11/2019“
“Best experience I've had with staff in a long time. Super friendly, and made you feel like they were genuinely interested in you. The food is a nice break from the typical fast food burger, pizza, etc. Very convenient off the highway, though, there weren't any signs telling you with way to turn, so we missed it, and had to do a u-turn. No big deal. If you're heading north, turn left off the exit.“

“Already had a review but thought I'd put a new one cause of my latest experience. I just went in today and while it was extremely busy the two guys working still got to my order in a reasonable time especially for the rush they were having, big props to them. Did mess up the order a bit tho, not a big deal tho especially since they were so busy. Either way the people working are always good every time I've come through. The foods is normally pretty good but above all else service here has always been good for me.“

“Very clean store with a friendly atmosphere. The food is fantastic. My bread was soft, like a sub sandwich ought to be. Perfect amount of meat, veggies, and sauce, unlike other sandwich restaurants. I recommend the Macadamia nut cookie.
Kid-friendliness: As I was dining, several people came in with children and they were treated as well as the adults.“

“Food was great BUT the guy working ( a bigger guy with a beard) seemed like he was put out to make us 4 sandwiches !! Now being a executive chef ( trained and worked in some 5 star restaurants ) one thing you need is customer service and this guy had none !! If i was the owner i would fire him on the spot !! The other employee was great i wish they would wear name tags because he deserves recognition !!“

“A few weeks ago, I got a footlocker nacho from a Subway around the corner from my home in Lubbock👎. Today, I decided to give Subway another chance, at Loves Travel Center, Brigham, UT. Dang, I'm glad I did. This Subway employee out did herself. Way to go 👍👍“

“A good experience. Just as you would expect. The food was good and did not take long to prepare. We did need to correct the order taker on one thing. It was really cold inside the building which my husband loved and I didn't. Lol. I saw another person walk in as well and comment on how cold it was. The avocado spread on our sandwich was pretty scarce (which we paid extra for). The bread was soft on the inside and almost crispy on the outside. It was good, just a surprisingly amount of crispiness. The crust kept catching my lip and kind of scratching it because I wasn't expecting it. They don't have salt and pepper as a regular option for the sandwiches. If you want S&P you have to open a packet that they give you. We thought that was weird. But overall the sandwich was good.“

“Driving through? Stomach telling you want something different than the slow acting diabetes in a bag you typically get? Hayle at this location has you hooked up in all the martial art styles of any sandwich artist this side of the map!!! Amazing service and the friendliest attitude while performing veritable kung fu on the bed of bread and meats!! Valhalla has nothing better to offer and even Zues was jealous of the sandwich I just downed my cavernous gullet!! Sublime Hayle!!!“
