I went there in the afternoon of August 20th 2025. The ice cream was very good nice and creamy. The service though wasn't very good. I ordered a medium mint chocolate chip ice cream in a dish with chocolate sprinkles. The young man brought me out the ice cream went out sprinkles. I reminded him I wanted chocolate sprinkles but when it came out it had rainbow sprinkles. Obviously the kid was not listening or paying attention.
Do yourself a favor and skip all the pretenders out there and just go to Handels!!! This place is by far the best icecream in every state I’ve had it including the original in Ohio!!!
If you have never tried this place, do yourself a favor. Patient staff, never too busy when I’ve gone, happy to give you samples (but be cool and “don’t abuse your sampling privileges.” -Larry David). So many different flavors here, types I would never normally try here like pumpkin and blueberry muffin were SO good. Great place to expand your ice cream palette.
