This Cafe Rio was a different layout from most. You had to order on the machine. The process made it slower to actually get your food. Also, there were a ton of students there at lunch time, I would recommend a different location!
I really like the idea of having kiosks to avoid having to talk to people as an introvert but quickly noticed issues. The kiosk’s at this location don’t provide as much options as if you were to order on the app (for example, you can request extra lettuce on the app but not on the kiosk for certain entrees). I’ve had my order wrong the last 3 times i’ve been here. Plus i’m having to pay $25 for food servings that will feed one person
