We stopped in while traveling from Alabama to NY. We were amazed to see only one poor person working, and on a Saturday. She did a great job of being friendly, and let us know a realistic amount of wait time before we would be able to order/ get our food. She was trying hard to balance in store orders and door dash/online orders. In spite of being stretched thin, she got our food made and it was delicious and hot.
Honestly - please get this poor lady some help on a Saturday...

We love Charleys. The sandwiches are always packed with bold, savory flavor and everything tastes fresh. The chicken was tender and juicy, the veggies had the perfect crunch, and the melted cheese tied it all together. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or craving something hearty and satisfying, Charley’s is a solid choice. Highly recommend the Chicken Philly—it’s delicious!

Decent place to eat. Portions are alright. Like an upscale subway really. The fries are the best part honestly, they make the food and put it on the counter as you walk by. Not sure why they ask you if you want to leave a tip for that. $17 meal….meh.
