I don't live in Abingdon but I imagine this is a pretty popular spot for the locals. They have live bands in addition to their typical smokehouse fare. Pretty cool atmosphere. Service was good. Food... I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, the Mac and cheese, and collard greens. The pork... okay. Not what I'd personally deem as great or special, but okay. The Mac and cheese... quite yum. As bizarre as this is going to sound, the collard greens were the star of this...
The food here is absolutely fantastic, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! The service is A1, the front of house staff is always so kind, and the kitchen staff are quick and know what they’re doing! Stephanie the manager is wonderful and is so quick to help with any issues! She always has a smile on her face and a pep in her step and I enjoy my time EVERYTIME I come in! 10/10 would definitely recommend this place!
Stephanie was a great host, she was able to accommodate our family at a moments notice. For a large group to have dinner together was special. Thank you Stephanie. Next time we are in town we will drop in. We had so much fun.
