Went inside to order this morning. Not one person spoke to me, the order screen wouldn't work to scan my app, you can't choose the flavor donuts you want on the order screen. I couldn't get a single employee to even look at me to ask them if I could customize the flavors once the order was place. Then the screen wouldn't even let me pay after I had decided to risk placing the order and hope for the best. My kids really wanted donuts. I ended up leaving and going to McDonald's.

Was a little disappointed this morning January 23rd,2025 5:16am. Pulled up to place an order,did not hear anybody for over 5minutes:( which is bad for times. Pulled up to service window to see a cashier just now putting on his headset. I had 4 cars behind me and 1 of them left which is bad for revenue. Being a technician if he would have had the headset on it beeps when we sit at speaker post. Could have prevented loss in sales! He was kind and assured me I didn’t have to pay for drink which saved my review ! Left at 5:25am:) Thanks DD!

Accepted my online order when I got there they were packing up and leaving and told me to just come back at 6 am when they “ opened “ was my last 10 bucks and had to be at work at 330am so crazy work.
I have to say this is by far one of the worst Dunkin' establishments that we have visited. The staff are condescending, rude, and flat out lacking proper customer service observant common sense skills. Our coffees were old and scorched. We literally took one horrible taste and tossed it. Money and time wasted. Their will never be another stop at this location. Even the donuts were awful. We drive our gas out rather than have nasty coffees and donuts. Might want think about a refreshers course all together in customer service, making simple coffees, and donuts. We will spread the word. Even if we are just getting gasoline. Trust me. Nasty facility.
