I did feel like service was spotty and we overlooked a lot, including a latte I'm positive had 0 coffee in it, but today a BUG popped up in my frozen cappuccino after I drank half (he was frozen into the ice) so yep 1 star (was 3) and I'm done with this location.

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life. If you can take the extra five minute drive, go to exit 19. They consistently mess. Everything up, and half of the staff is usually rude one time, one of the staff even rolled her eyes at me. One time I gave the girl a dime because it was $3.07 and I used my app for $3 and she couldn’t comprehend how to give change for a dime… she took the dime and never gave me any change, which it’s $.03 but it’s just the point of how can you not offer someone their change back and just take it? I understand that working in Dunkin can be high maintenance, but you need to train your employees better and more efficiently. There are sometimes I have to wait 20 minutes for orders at night time when there is no line! I’m not sure, but it feels they need more training. I continually still go here, hoping that they will change, but it never changes. I hope management reads this and takes us into consideration. My family all feels the same way, my sister even refuses to give business here.

App info is not updated. Currently unable to use the app to order Spark'd Energy drinks or hot honey bacon sandwich, which means I can't take advantage of online promotions on those items. But when you pull up to the menu this location clearly has those items.
Fix it or I'll drive the 5 extra minutes to Starbucks. Their app works, and has all options available.

What an absolute nightmare. It would not appear as if this place is understaffed, but rather, that they need to stick to drive-thru only. I tend to walk into places like this instead of go through the drive thru, and I don’t know why I go to this location except for convenience because every time I have gone it’s been an awful experience. It took about 10 minutes to get two muffins and an iced coffee. That’s nuts. The time before that when I went, they had no idea how to fill a gift card. I have not had this experience at the Exit 19 location, the Bristol VA or the Bristol TN locations. Just the Exit 14 one.

I assume it's bc this isn't a traditional Dunkin, but the glaze donuts I got here were so different from any other store I've been to and i have been eating Dunkin Donuts for over 30 years. The donuts were cold, as if they were in the refrigerator, cakey, and just not Dunkin donuts.
