I have to say this is by far one of the worst Dunkin' establishments that we have visited. The staff are condescending, rude, and flat out lacking proper customer service observant common sense skills. Our coffees were old and scorched. We literally took one horrible taste and tossed it. Money and time wasted. Their will never be another stop at this location. Even the donuts were awful. We drive our gas out rather than have nasty coffees and donuts. Might want think about a refreshers course all together in customer service, making simple coffees, and donuts. We will spread the word. Even if we are just getting gasoline. Trust me. Nasty facility.

3 employees standing around inside. We came in to order a dozen doughnuts but had problems with the ordering kiosk. No one would help! We walked out. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Actually NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It was just an average visit to a drive-thru Dunkin Donuts. We had a bit of trouble getting into the parking lot from the other side of the road but eventually managed to get in. Our next mistake was going inside; they didn't have counter service, only two kiosks to place orders, and one of them was broken. However, the ladies working there were friendly, and the service was quick. The pumpkin-flavored Munchkins I got were delicious, and the coffee was excellent. Mission accomplished!

It honestly sucks how you cannot order with an actual person inside ans they took forever to make a singular small hot coffee. That may have to do with the fact that the employee doing so was in the middle of a casual phone call. Honestly this place needs to find someone else, because it should not take this long.

(06/23/25) We frequent this location when we are in the area because they do seem to get orders out fairly quickly and the workers always seem to be very cheerful and polite. Ive only had one mix up but it was so minor that there was no point in calling and complaining as I should have checked before leaving plus when your workers are very welcoming and helpful whats the point of being rude? Just my opinion… anyways instead of placing an online order as we normally do we decided to walk into this location because on the app the doughnut selection is always limited to one flavor and it would only allow me to pick decaf coffee. So we decided just to walk in and check, the worker informed us that they did have a variety of different doughnuts and plenty of regular coffee. So maybe have the techs running the app to check on that. Either way to the actual review we had 4 specialty drinks 2 coffee 2 frozen drinks, two hot items, and doughnuts we were in and out in about 15 minutes. Even with her drive through full of cars she kept up with our order and the rest of the crew seemed to be working very well together. Big thanks to Marissa & the crew that day for being positive and working so well together we appreciate you!

The service wasn't helpful. The machine isn't working right and not taking orders. This wouldn't be the end of the world. But no one even comes to the counter to help. I yelled into the kitchen twice. After we told the employee the machine wouldn't work right, she just suggested another machine. I don't get a discount to ring up my order. They're getting paid an hourly wage to ring it up for me.
