I am soo disappointed!!! I was the only person in the line so they were not busy. The lady taking my order was ok but you could tell she was over work which who isn’t? The lady at the window was rude!! She ignored me when I spoke and shut the window in my face. First time getting food here it was HORRIBLE. Hash browns were cold!!! And old!! They tasted freezer burnt but they were ice cold!! Not even a touch of warmth. The croissant was warm but had a hair on the wrapper which is not a huge deal but the bottom was mushy from grease. Thankfully my cold cappuccino tasted good even though they didn’t add my whipped cream like I paid for and requested twice! I will never go back!

Thanks Dunkin! I came in earlier in the week and got an iced Vanilla Matcha Latte, but they told me it was sugar free. When I came in yesterday, the girl who took my order made a point to let me know that the Matcha had a lot of sugar in it, thanks to Rachel it saved me a lot of confusion in the future!

The cold brews are the best thing to ever be invented with coffee. Their donuts are excellent but they tend to run out of a lot of them so if u can call and check if they have your favorite donuts that day and are not out of them then you won’t be making a wasted trip out to get one if they don’t have themWheelchair accessibility: It’s located within a gas station and around lots of shopping areas. Being that I was the only customer last night I assumed my order would properly taken care of. $19.08 was my total yet the ONE doughnut that was mine was never put in my To-go box. I was charged for it, in fact I repeated it in person to the person at the window being that he asked " what was the last doughnut you ordered sir?" A glazed doughnut Jimmy, thank you. Jimmy nods and neglects to put doughnut in the box/bag. You owe me Jimmy.

I'm from Knoxville but visit Abingdon on a regular basis. The dunkin donuts in abingdon are the BEST!!! Their donuts are so much fresher than any dunkin donut shop in knoxville. I wish these people could show knoxville how to make a fresh and fluffy doughnut. I order doughnuts from Abingdon Dunkin to take back to my daughter and her husband in Knoxville...they are that much better! Go Abingdon Dunkin'!! You are doing it right!! ALSO...Abingdon Dunkin offers refill mugs..great bargain!! No one is doing that in Kville. Thank you Abingdon Dunkin for being a stellar business!!
