Let it be known that you will absolutely be waiting in the drive thru for about 30 minutes. Last time I was there the dude just handed me a drink from someone else's orders and I had been waiting so long, I just said, I guess this is what I'm drinking today.

I was hesitant to stop at this location because it was at a gas station, but the customer service was excellent. The lady at the register was so helpful. It was very clean and very fast. I went back the next day.

I know it’s just a Dunkin’ but it could have and should have been better. They have a sign up saying that if your order isn’t at the pickup area (and you ordered online) you should ask about it, and I stood by that sign looking for anyone to look at me so I could ask what I needed but all of them avoided eye contact
