Ordered my sub online, got home and realized it was made with steak and not chicken like I ordered. I called and spoke with the lady that made it. She was super nice and apologetic! The staff let me come back and pick up the correct sub the next day (my request to pick up next day). Still giving 5 stars, even though my sub wasn't correct the 1st time because the staff were awesome, took accountability for the mistake, and fixed it.
Hate to do it but out of the many times ordering and bragging how good it is. Today they let me down. I ordered my normal big kahuna no jalapeno peppers and all times before it was good this time they put the jalapeno peppers on the sub. I can't do spice for medical reasons so I had to throw away the sub. I was lucky enough to see the peppers before taking a bite.
I always feel welcome here. I was nervous because its my very first time going to a place on my own, but they never made me feel stupid. The food is always so good and they're always so willing to help with customizations. Absolutely recommend!
