Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. No ice cream/iced coffee the past 10 times I've been, no matter whether it's early or late. I understand that its a process to have to clean the machine, but I can't just skip on part of my paid job because I don't want to do something. Just go somewhere else.

We asked for a pup cup, which every other McDonalds sells for $.65. We were told that the general manager said no pup cups. The lady in the window was extremely rude, telling us that that was the rule, to take it up with the manager, and shut the door in our face. I went in to tell the manager my concern. I was polite and although the manager said she would take it up with the employee, I could tell that customer service was not a concern to them. First of all, why one McDonald’s wouldn’t serve what every other McDonald's serves in the country is odd. The 20 minute wait in the drive through was unreal. If there’s another McDonald’s in your state, choose that one. If you’re a dog lover, stay away from this place.

Very clean,quick and friendly staff. Only stopped inside for a happy meal but the service was very fast and the food was not messed up at all (normally a issue with other McDonald's) 10/10 great quick spot

This place is a joke. Every single time you come here after 6pm and use the mobile app, you'll be sitting outside for 20+ minutes waiting on food, with no one in the drive thru line. Then, once you get your food it's cold or so sloppy you can't eat it. But wait, there's more!! See, they tend to go ahead and mark your order off 10-15 minutes before they bring it out to give the illusion they're fulfilling their orders quickly but in reality they must be in there twiddling their thumbs.
Ordered a frozen Coke and a hot fudge Sunday and there was a glob of garbage at the bottom of the cup.. was immediately called a liar... But Becca took a report.. to which I don't know if I'm going to get sick... And I talked to the manager on Monday

Currently dealing with either food poisoning or salmonella due to eating undercooked chicken nuggets called them and they said oh well there's nothing they can do because I cannot necessarily prove that it was at this location but this location is the only place I've ate out within the past 48 hours other than that I cook and I didn't give myself this The lady on the phone was very rude about it and said there's nothing that she could do I could try to call the 1-800 number and hope that they help me but she doubts it so yay we love it never going to stop here again ever I don't care how hungry I am I will starve before eating at this place and that's saying something for it being a McDonald's you already expect bad service and bad food you don't expect to get sick to where you can't hold anything down have to go to the doctor and it's coming out of both ends no matter what
