The texture of the burger has changed as well as the mayonnaise! Neither are good changes! We have eaten from there 1-3 times a week but in the last month or so it has went down. My wife and children have noticed the change as well.
So very refreshing to visit a drive-through with very happy, kind , helpful people! Kudos to the workers, they’re smiling faces, great service, and good food! YOU make a difference with your great attitudes and efficiency. Keep up the good work!

Pal's Sudden Service is a classic burger joint with a Mom and Pop old school feel. The restaurant serves fresh, made-to-order food, including cheeseburgers, hot dogs, and BLTs. The staff are extremely friendly and kind, making good conversation while guests wait for their food. Despite being busy, the line moves quickly and guests don't feel rushed. The menu offers tasty options, including the popular BLT and "hot dog" (also known as a coney dog). The place has an awesome, fun look, and the way in and out is considered genius. The coney/chili dog is hot off the grill and very tasty, with Frenchy Fries that have a light seasoning, are very hot, and freshly fried. Drinks are large and the prices are amazing; for example, two dogs, one fry, and two drinks cost just over $11. The Big Pal Double Burger is a good-sized burger and very tasty, with seasoned fries that are perfect. Many visitors mention that the food is always good and the service is consistent. Overall, Pal's Sudden Service is a fun, efficient, and affordable fast food spot, and many wish there was a location nearby.
