Bought the new hot drink, I didn’t like it and I was on my way to work so I brought it back on my lunch break and was just wanting a different one but they said because I left the store i couldn’t have a different drink or have it remade. Paid $7 for a drink and I come here often. They even knew what drink it was before I said, so they’ve obviously had several bad complaints on the drink. I thought Starbucks always remade drinks for unsatisfied customers. Disappointing.

These people made my drink hot instead of cold and put sweet cream cold foam on top of the hot beverage (that I paid extra for). WHY would you do that?? When she handed me a hot cup instead of the clear iced cups, I stated I ordered it iced. Her response, “I guess I didn’t hear you, is it okay?” Seriously??? No it’s not. Common sense should tell you not to put cold foam on a hot drink anyway. So disappointing. Her response should have been, “I’m sorry, I will fix it right away”

When I order large vanilla sweet cream.nitro cold brew and woman make me small I told her large , she won't fix it then I ask want my money back and I get mad at both of nerd woman. they can't reading on my phone what I want order for size!!! I won't order there again..give u 0 rate starts
