Very outgoing smart young lady She is always smiling every time we come in. Very professional and courteous. The atmosphere is much more chilled since the pink dragon lady is gone.. definitely gonna make it a daily trip...

We had 9 subs and 12 cookies we had ordered all footlongs and she was by herself and she was so sweet I think her name was Samantha? I seen Sam on her tag but couldn't tell the rest. The lobby was so clean! First I've seen it this good in so long that pink girl was finally gone the atmosphere was so much better without stuff being thrown or someone being mad. I'm glad this is a friendly place again.

This subway needs employees that actually want to work. The two employees working today on Sept 1 are so unprofessional. They literally would talk about every customer as soon as they would check out. They are in a rush to take your order and always mumbling things between each other. If I was the secret shopper I know for a fact this subway would not be open… good luck to the next customers.

There is a super nice lady that works there that always gets our food right and is so nice and always takes cupons then there is another lady with pink hair that won’t take your coupon even tho you have the coupon and it says you can use in store or on line for 12.99 ! But she won’t take your coupons and then end up paying 24-25 dollars for 2 subs… let’s be honest the only reason subway is open isn’t because of there food it’s cause it’s cheap ( with a coupon) honestly I would just avoid this location

Service was so bad. Not a Friendly place to visit . Plus when u ask for extra u shouldn't have to ask 3 times. Plus when they send their Coupons out they will not accept the 3 for $ 17 at all so I won't be going there nomore

Service is horrible, a manager is needed every shift. If a issue occurs you need someone who can handle conflict or solve a simple issue if needed not someone who just puts the phone down mid conversation of you explaining what happened and puts someone else on the phone who also ignores you by Steph’s to say they are listening to the customer rather than the person they just got in the phone with and ask what was wrong.

This is not the first issue I have had and I’ll leave a review where needed but simple instructions are easy, when someone literally types out exactly how they want their sandwich or shows you they expect just that. I ordered a pizza sub with no sauce, put it on the side in a cup with extra cheese when I got home, the sub was covered leaking out of the sides with sauce. The girl told me she didn’t give me sauce in a cup to begin with because it would melt the cup. I explained I get it like that all the time and she put it in a cup for me, but didn’t explain. It was on the sandwich

This location never gets it right. Ordered a couple sandwiches through DoorDash and when we got them, they barely had any meat (we paid for EXTRA meat), one of them was made completely wrong (couldn’t even eat it due to dietary needs), and we were missing chips. Checked our receipt and confirmed it was in fact ordered how we wanted it, but not made that way. DoorDash refunded about 15%, but the order was over 50% wrong or missing. Emailed Subway management for resolution and they said they would check the cameras, but did nothing about it and never responded further.

Going to Jersey Mikes from now on.

As a DoorDash driver, I deliver from lots of different restaurants. This is the only place that expects the DoorDash driver to make drinks and collects items like potato chips for the order.

It appears this location along with the others in Abingdon no longer accept the coupons that we receive in the local mail.

I'm amused that you guys think I would pay full price for Subway. C'mon now! Major fail.

Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Jersey Mike's. They accept their own coupons (what a crazy idea!) and the quality is outstanding compared to what you're going to get at Subway.
