Both footlong sandwiches were made on the wrong bread AND left whole!! It doesn’t even look like they attempted to cut them in half. I tried calling the store repeatedly and nobody would answer- imagine that 🙄

Service was horrible when asked what kind of bread I wanted I responded Italian Herbs and cheese I was sighed at and was signed at again when I said I wanted a pizza sub. Then after it was tosted the other lady didn't even ask me if I wanted anything on my sandwich and I then told her I wanted mayo and jalapeños. I went to pay and said I will take a bottle of coke and for the sub and drink was $18 something does not add up there. They will never get my business again. Highway Robbery

No hand soap in the men's room. Bread was unevenly baked, browned and crisp on one end and pale on the other. Sandwich maker needed to put her dentures in, she was nearly unintelligible, and for the record I'm older than her. Not up to corporate standards.

Absolutely love one of the employees, Leslie Painter!! She's always smiling, friendly, and goes above expectations when she fixes our subs. I've followed her to every subway she's worked at. Although I live within 2 minutes from the local subway, I travel to the one about 15 minutes away (Exit 14 Abingdon, VA) because I know my sub will be fixed right! She's clean, always washes her hands, and wears gloves (unlike some others) That's a big plus for me.
