As far as food trucks go, this husband and wife team get 5 stars!! The quality is excellent! If you see this food truck out and about at any festivals, get in line! They will sell out! The portions are big. We get two orders and share one right away and take the other home for another meal. Try it, you'll like it!

The Pakalachian offers a great blend of Southern & Pakistani tastes. I've tried everything on the menu and it's all absolutely delicious! If you get the opportunity to catch them I highly recommend giving them a try!

A blend of Pakistani flavors with traditional Appalachian dishes offer interesting and tasty options hard to find anywhere else. The Tikka My Senses had chicken Tikka seasoned batter of a fried chicken sandwich that was delicious. I couldn't make up my mind and got the Curry Me South too. Chicken curry like a hearty stew over smashed potatoes filled me up and had plenty left over to take home. Will definitely look forward to finding them again and trying out whatever they come up with next.

The best food.Curry me down south and Tikka my senses are my favorites. Daal me up is a great vegan option and very tasty. They make everything from scratch and it really shows the love they put in their food.I'm obsessed and could literally eat it every day.I wish I could give them 10 stars.

We tried The Pakalachian today. The food truck was very cute! We had high hopes for the food after browsing their Instagram. It was okay. The chicken was a good size but a little over cooked and dry. The only thing on the sandwich was pickles. There was a sauce as well that tasted like sour cream and French onion? I wasn't a fan, but my husband liked the dip/sauce. The bread was pretty dry and falling apart as well which made it difficult to eat. We ended up eating the chicken without the bread. The curry was okay, but seemed watery. It was better than the sandwich and we subbed the mashed potatoes for the grits. The green sauce for that was very tasty and I would've loved some for my sandwich to make it less dry. Overall, it was okay. Oh! The fries were good.

The service is nice and quick. The people running it are organized and answer any question you have. The food comes out fresh and hot. Also, it is delicious. The portions are more than enough and you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend! 100% would eat again!
