As one of the only places in the area that offers a flavorful vegan option Pakalachian will always have a special place in my heart. I eat there almost weekly and the meal is always consistent and always delicious. I highly recommend adding the pickled collards to anything and everything!
I had the Biryani Mac and Cheese. Hands down, one of the best dishes in the Tri-Cities I have had in a LONG time. The fried chicken was cooked to perfection with a wonderful seasoning flare to the marinade prior to being double-battered. Would definitely recommend to anyone on their next stop in town.
