This place was a lovely surprise! I've been to the Afton area several times over the past few years, usually on the Trolley Tour out of Crozet but we had never stopped here. What a great experience! Never thought I’d come to Virginia to get an incredible vermouth and Sherry tasting, such an amazing surprise. Traylen (sorry for the spelling) was such a wonderful and knowledgeable host. I purchased some vermouth and sherry to bring home and just got back to our hotel and opened the bottle of sparking wine that I had not tried, and does not disappoint. I’d be a regular if I lived here! Thanks again y’all, love from New Orleans
Very friendly and helpful staff, great wine selection too. We went to several other nearby wineries but this was the only one we wanted to buy a bottle from! We did a few seasonal vermouth tastings as well, they have some cool options!
