The food here is really good!! I normally get a bagel with cream cheese and some veggies. However, this time I wanted something warm so I did a “build your own bagel”. I added egg, cream cheese, hash brown, avocado, and cheese. I placed my order online, my husband went to go pick it up, and when he got home, I saw that they put meat on it. I’m vegetarian and have a big aversion to meat. Really disappointing this time :(
Update: they did refund me and I really appreciate them making it right after a mistake. I’ll be back!

It was ok. I ordered a fried egg bagel sandwich. The fried egg and bacon tasted like rubber. I could not even chew it and I have good teeth. Regretted the calories as soon as I took the first bite.

This is my new favorite bagel spot in the DMV. They have the closest to the chewy but soft NYC bagels I've had so far and they have fun rotating bagel sandwiches in addition to the classics. Make sure to get a couple to take home and some of their homemade cream cheese.

However, the vegan cream cheese that I got was completely gross. It was the cashew cream cheese & it tasted nothing like like a cashew or cream cheese !!!???

We drove all the way from Mechanicsville, MD (about 45 minutes) to come get an everything bagel with lox, scallion cream cheese, and tomato. It was busy but we only waited about 10 minutes for 2 bagel sandwiches, a half dozen bagels, and some house made salom cream cheese. When we sat down we realized that they had accidentally made the sandwiches with no salmon or tomatoes. When we walked back up they recognized us and quickly jumped to correct the problem. We had our freshly made sandwiches in just a few minutes and they were well worth the wait. The bagels themselves were amazing, and the salmon and tomato were super fresh and not skimped on. Not to mention how lovely everyone was while working diligently. Can't wait to come back again in the future as this is our new city bagel spot. ?
They didn’t provide me a receipt after overcharging me and not even applying my rewards towards the order. Everyone there genuinely looks miserable to be there. The bagel themselves were alright. They forgot to slice them like I asked.

The bagels are great and always taste fresh. Toppings have never been a disappointment.
Rating lower now because the store seems to have made some adjustments to the pricing and delivery partner structure that removes some of the competitive advantage versus others in the area. This is a problem with fast food today overall really so this isn’t a dig at the owners. When two bagels though delivery partners cost more than two people enjoying full service dining there is a valid question around the value of time.
I’ll definitely keep enjoying the bagels here but I think it won’t be through delivery partners going forward. I’ll save them for when I have time and a nice day to make the stop on my way to work.
Great atmosphere, really tasty pizza bagel! Tuna melt was okay, it had a flavor I wasn't too keen on. The atmosphere was amazing, but I will say... While I'm not trying to tell somebody how to act, one of the two girls behind the counter was really loud and kinda rachet. It definitely ruined the vibe of the whole place listening to her rant about stuff the entire time. Nothing wrong with strong opinions and a loud voice, but it really doesn't pair well with "cute bagel shop in Alexandria"

My hubby and I were delivering a counter to the shop that they purchased from our business. We love a good bagel and I messaged owner and asked if he could hold back a dozen for when we get there . What an amazing place , amazing owner BUT most importantly the bagels are off the dang charts. These are the most perfect bagels we have eaten. The cream cheese is decadent and my tummy is so happy. Amazing place Chad.
