Absolutely loved this place. It was our first experience and it was all love. The band was awesome and showed us so much love and great crowed as well. Make sure you check your receipt prior to paying. We had a couple of extra charges for the band fee. I am not sure if it was due to us treating others for drinks but either way we shouldn’t have been charged. I did it get corrected and when the server pointed out who we brought a drink for, I pointed out the fact that we brought a drink and didn’t have anything else to do with anything they had going on. Seating in the band area is first come first serve so check the time that the band arrives and go 30 or so mins earlier to get a seat and have time to order.Edit: let me add that I reviewed my account today (03/25/24) and I had extra charges pending on my card/account. I called and asked for the manager who I felt like answered the phone because it was the same person that I spoke to originally Saturday (03/23/2024) about the venue. The person kept saying hello after I asked her for the manager then hung up. I called right back and a guy answered and he stated she will be back in 30mins. I called right back to see if someone else could help or I was going up there and she asked for my name, number, last 4 of my card and will get the manager to call me back. We truly liked this place but at this point, we are not sure if we will be returning. I gave them 5 stars originally but reduced it down due to them wanting to charge me what they wanted versus what they should have LEGALLY!! Plus I never got a call back!!

Amazing atmosphere! Bartender/server was amazing lol He was very entertaining and kept us laughing. Food and drinks were good as well. The cigar lounge was limited seating but good atmosphere.

Seems like a chill spot, but the customer service is lacking. I came by myself and hoped to be, at least, offered a cigar to try. Offered anything really. I wasn’t offered a refill on my drink or if I wanted to order any food, even though I had the menu open in front of me for over an hour.I wanted to like this place. ??‍♀️ Left to eat elsewhere.

Has a great time the food was great and service was excellent. Evia the diva was our waitress and she was so attentive and made us feel like we were at home. The blacken salmon and Jambayla was excellent. Evia told us about the live jazz up stairs and reserved us a table as we ate in the main dining room. The band did not get the full name but trio was part of name and they jammed and can play there butts off. We left at intermission because we started the birthday early. Thanks for a wonderful birthday for my brother.

We had a wonderful evening at 219! The she crab soup was delicious and our server Eva was so sweet and took very good care of us. Can't wait to come back the next time we are in town!

Food was fantastic as was the service. Ot was a bit warm next to the fire, but expected it to be so. The room had the feeling of a men's smoking room, which was good and bad. Also, the aroma for the cigar room was evident when we first sat at the table.

Beware of giving your credit card to the bartenders- they double charge and charge your card for drinks you did not order….. very sleazy!

Great atmosphere , food and entertainment!! Would recommend this establishment to anyone that is looking for a good vibe. The cigar selection was small, but there was something for everyone!!

Horrible. I cannot express how bad this meal was. It is not authentic La food. As a native, I cannot believe the food. We left without eating and went to another restaurant. The shrimp poboy had 4 shrimp and no remoulade. The jambalaya had a horrible base. Just don't do it. No need to waste money or time.

The waitress was very engaging and made sure to check in often. The food left much to be desired. The best part about the meals was the Caesar salad. The wings were undercooked and the sauce tasted very much like ketchup with a kick. The collards had an ok flavor, but the ham-hock bones were what killed them. It was full of bones. The grits in the shrimp and grits were undercooked and made it grainy. Salmon and orzo were good.

The noise of the loud music with profanity threw off the entire vibe. The place is nice and cozy. The staff was incredibly professional and nice. However the music from downstairs pretty much ruined our experience.

Came here out of convenience at is one of the only cigar lounges in old town. Atmosphere is great as you can enjoy live music (we came on a Thursday night) while sitting back on a nice drink and cigar, but the ventilation system isn't all the great. Wouldn't recommend going here unless you're okay with the smell. Drink selection is great if you're into scotch & bourbon - but the cigar selection was pretty limited. That said, they're pretty chill about you bringing your own as long as you buy food or drink at the establishment. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area

Our server wasn't attentive ... we had to ask her more than 2x on the status of our food and drinks. She even said her attention span was low, which showed. At the end of dinner, we were talking and she asked if she could move us so she could seat another table.
