One phrase that sums up my birthday visit to BH on a Saturday around 3pm in May 2025 is, “An expensive, disappointing experience”. To boot, the Hostess spilled a glass of water into our table, used one napkin to soak up the spill and left the table still dripping wet and never came back. We asked a random restaurant rep for napkins and we cleaned it up ourselves (not an issue to clean up ourselves the hostess never followed up/ provide supplies to clean the spill). Waited 15 minutes for our waitress. Had to get a manager. Finally came to take our order. Soups delivered without spoons. Waitress no where to be found. Got the manager again. Food was mediocre at best. Never ever again.
My reservation was at 10:30, 8/24. I arrived at 10:35. By 11:00 I still wasn't seated because the young man at the host station was confused as to how or where to seat me. When I was seated no one showed up at my table to give me water or take my order. At 11:30 I left without placing an order. The place was not very busy when I got there, but from what I could see it was very unorganized. I don't think I will ever go back again, on my own. Service sucked.
