Hadn't been here in 4 years. Used t enjoy their affordable lunches, fresh muffins. What a shock when back. Lunch time on weekday: 2 customers in place. Place was messy, grimey, with an evangelical radio station blaring, one person working grill. counter and register. Pastries were packaged and unappealing. I know covid hit retail businesses like this hard, but... Place badly needs a makeover or floor to ceiling washing. Sad.

If you're nearby and you're hungry, I suggest stopping by for a sandwich. There is many different options. I got a steak and cheese and it was great. Interior is clean and the lady was nice and straight to the point. Food was made really fast too. All good for me. Food was good.

Great lunch spot near the Courthouse in Old Town. I had the New Yorker Rueben which I thoroughly enjoyed for the low price point. I look forward to trying more of their offerings during my stay.

Such a superb little find on Yelp. Amazing place and the prices are reasonable. These guys certainly have a miraculous menu as well. The staff is extremely helpful too. I certainly recommend that place and will be back.

Cafe Old Town has good bibimbap, made to-rder. They were open for carry-out and indoor dining at lunch time on a recent weekday (September 2020). Also, they take call-ahead orders.

Great place in Alexandria, VA for coffee, bagels, salads, sandwiches. Everything is made on the spot. Good customer service, Great tasting food and very clean at a moderate price. I strongly recommend.

Cafe Old Town is very convenient to the Alexandria Federal Court House - and the clients have the appearance of being law types. The cafe opens early and serves made-to-order breakfasts. Try the waffle platter with coffee. Later in the day the food bar is spread with tasty Korean food. Try that for lunch - or order a rice platter. Although there is plenty of free parking, the Eisenhower Metro Station is just across the street.
