People need to give them a break and cut them some slack. They’re amazing! This place is always packed between customers in store and online orders. They do the best they can without showing they’re overwhelmed or stressed. Always pleasant and if you’re standing there waiting they constantly check on you/update you on your order. I have been driving over for about 6 months now and I have been to coffee shops all over the DMV. This Starbucks is consistently the best and it's not even close!When people think of Starbucks they think of almost its own type of culture and this Starbucks exemplifies that better than other!In this current day of horrible customer service, this Starbucks stands alone in providing fantastic customer service!
