The food at CAVA is always good, fresh, and flavorful, but what really keeps me coming back is the exceptional customer service. In particular, Marilyn always goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel welcomed and taken care of. Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and genuine kindness really stand out. Great food is important, but great customer service makes all the difference, and Marilyn is a big reason I continue to come back. CAVA is lucky to have her!

This was my first time trying CAVA, and I had a great experience! I was having a little trouble using the app, but Marlin went above and beyond to help me. He patiently walked me through the entire process and provided exceptional customer service. My order was exactly what I wanted, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I'll definitely be returning to this location. Thank you so much Marlin!!!

This CAVA location has excellent customer service and great energy when I walk in. Marilyn also did a great job of handling the orders and keeping the area clean and tidy. Thank you again to her and the crew for providing a great experience. I will be sure to stop by again.
