The food does not hit the mark. I ordered the Croque Madame for $18 and was sorely disappointed. The lettuce was predominantly brown and there was nothing in it but lettuce and a tasteless dressing. They could have at least added some cheese, cucumber or tomato. Yuck! The sandwich had grated pieces of cheese inside of it that should have been melted. It was barely warm. The kids meal was a scoop of mac n' cheese. It would have been nice if they included a vegetable or fruit. The chocolate mousse was runny but decent.

Very disappointing experience. If there was a corkage fee, it should have been communicated when we handed the staff our sparkling wine bottle and asked for a fresh ice bucket. Instead, one member of our group was pulled aside and asked if we had stolen the bottle.
Being accused of theft as paying guests was shocking and unnecessary. The situation was made worse when another employee approached us with a snide and disrespectful attitude.
What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability afterward. We were polite to everyone involved and expected the same courtesy. Instead, we were labeled as “people who do this all the time.”
Poor communication, poor customer service, and an experience I will not repeat.

Unfortunately, although the place is very nice, both my friend and I were both very sick very shortly after the meal. We tried to speak to someone to determine which ingredient caused this, but no one responded which is disappointing.

We eat at Cheesetique pretty regularly, but this was restaurant week! So I tried something I hadn't had before - the black truffle cream gnocchi. Sooooo good! Rich and cheesy and not too truffle-y. I'll be getting that again! There was a loud table obviously enjoying themselves, but we managed to hold a conversation regardless.

This is such a cute cozy spot, especially during the winter season! Their menu offers a lovely variety of classic comfort food. We enjoyed the beef short ribs, salmon, & the cheese curds. They also have seasonal cocktails and wine flights. Our server was very attentive & took good care of us. We look forward to being back!
