DO NOT GO HERE. I just got incredibly bad food poisoning from this location. Unless you want to be out of commission for 2 or more days, eat somewhere else.edit: Reported the experience through the corporate website. Hopefully food safety becomes a priority at this location so nobody else gets sick.

Just left from there, I'm not sure why I was being rushed. Not only that some of had attitudes. Also the portion size is even smaller now. Will not be going to this one again.I emailed the link they provided I encourage others to do the same, if they receive bad service.

My heart broke to pieces when i asked for chicken in my bowl and i wasnt even served a spoonful for serving. Left the store with my takeout, disappointed.

This chipotle is biased towards blacks the manager has a nasty attitude they aren’t friendly unless they are Caucasian or Hispanic. I am very upset with this customer service and I will not be returning to this location.

Awful experience. If you want to have even mediocre service then you won't find that here. All from the manager to workers are rude, inconsistent, and nasty. Last time going here and if you want decent food you'd best go somewhere else. By far the worst Chipotle with the most mistakes I've ever been to.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location, they are never busy but when you come you literally wait 5-10 minutes for someone to even greet you while they sit the corner and do nothing. not to mention while you are standing there waiting to order they will make direct eye contact with you and still not greet you or start your order.

I am beyond upset after coming home with my chipotle. I am a vegetarian and have been for over ten years. As I was eating I noticed a chunk of chicken. I removed it and thought, okay it was ONE piece. As I started digging in I noticed more chicken and smaller bits mixed in. I know they did not add chicken but it MUST have been mixed in or spilt I to the fajita vegetables. The staff needs to be more careful. The place was not even that busy and they are rushing and not being careful. This isn’t the first time I had an issue here but this will be my last time at this location.

Staff is friendly but over 20 dollars for one burrito that has been getting noticeably smaller. Same price less food.

The server was very rude, I asked for the manager (I believe her name is Katherine) she came and when I described the situation, she just gave me a blank look and simply left.(attitude problem), she was kind of racist, not expected from Chipotle employees

I visit this chipotle often and today’s visit experienced receiving a noticeable/significant decrease in portion size on every item. When I asked what happened, the response was blank stares across the 4 members on the serving line.I was just here a few weeks ago and this wasn’t the case. Has there been a change in management?Other Chipotle’s in the area aren’t this way.

Our favorite in this chain. It is the one closest to us. We eat there at least once a week. We get bowls and salads "to go". Leaving off the atmosphere only because we always get carryout. We have been patrons since they opened. I haven't tried the app but it looks like something I should. A chain we like and do visit other locations when out of the area.

I would give this location 0/5 stars if I could. Today, my sister ordered online pick up during her lunch break. She has a meat allergy which was specified in her order. When she arrived, she was told someone else picked up her order so it had to be remade, which was no problem. Once she got back to work, she bit into her burrito and there was chicken, which she is allergic to. She had to take the rest of her break to return to this location. The staff recognized her from earlier, and she explained the problem with her food and requested a refund since she no longer wanted or had time to eat. The staff looked at her like she was crazy and began remaking her burrito, and she stopped them to let them know she did not want another one.The manager said , "so what? It is just an allergy" (this is extremely negligent and can be fatal in certain circumstances) and then threw the food away and was told to call corporate. The entire staff ignored my sister and continued to take care of the rest of the guests. When my sister asked for the manager's name, she scribbled on a paper and it was not legible, she asked what it said and the manager said "it is not my problem you can't read?" The overall hostility and lack of basic manners and respect was humiliating, along with the ignorance and dismissiveness regarding a severe allergy and I will not be returning back to this location.

Normally this place is dialed. But when there today sat 17th and has a terrible experience. I ordered a bowl and when the chicken was being dumped on, half of it fell on the floor and no more was added. So after getting half the normal chicken, when I was eatting it at home, I discovered that all the chicken that did make it into the bowl was straight fat and grizzle. This should have been trimmed before serving.

The employees here are trash. They make you feel rushed and they never give you a good scoop of any rice, beans or meats. The employees need training on being patient and kind to customers and need to start giving larger scoops!!!
